Modern Working Environments: Corporate Spaces with a Feel-Good Factor

When workstations in a New Office setup are designed as clean open workspaces, the focus shifts to creating emotional office designs for shared areas. Our concept for Bansbach addresses precisely this need: We create spaces that make corporate culture visible and structure zones without closing them off.

The visual highlight of our office design is a custom-made partition wall featuring acrylic glass elements. It subtly incorporates the corporate identity colors, directs natural light, and allows the team to physically experience the brand every day in these employee areas.

Corporate Architecture: Reception Areas as a Business Card

First impressions count. In modern office design and New Work spaces, reception areas serve as the flagship of corporate culture. To project high quality and value, the center of this room is anchored by the legendary “Bibendum” armchair by design pioneer Eileen Gray (1929).

To do justice to this classic piece, we custom-built the reception desk as an architectural homage. Inspired by Gray’s principle of rotating axes, this creates an impressive branded space—flanked by the Arco floor lamp. An entryway that breathes thoughtful design and makes new working environments with brand impact tangible from the very first moment.

Open Space: Multifunctional Hub for the Team

At the center of the employee area stands a large oak table. It serves primarily as a communicative gathering spot for shared lunches, but can also be flexibly used as a workstation. This is enabled by a cleverly integrated slot in the center of the table, housing all technical connections. This thoughtful office design is complemented by industrial vintage stools by the brand Tolix standing at the table. In these modern working environments, we seamlessly combine high functionality with a relaxed, authentic atmosphere.

Modern Office Design: Inspiring Lounge with Character

As a relaxing counterpart to the workstation, an inviting lounge is seamlessly integrated into the employee area. Equipped with a corduroy sofa and 60s-style armchairs, it offers space for informal conversations and creative breaks. Visually, this corner is cleverly separated by the lightweight partition wall with colored acrylic panes, preserving the open character of the room.

A special highlight of the holistic office design are the beautiful lights by PET Lamp hanging throughout the space. This extraordinary project combines social commitment with first-class design, creating corporate spaces that live true values and foster an absolute feel-good atmosphere.

Corporate Architecture: The Conference Room as a Representative Center

When designing the conference room, the focus was set on absolute value and quality to perfectly reflect the identity of the company. The center is formed by an imposing conference table made of solid oak, supported by two conical bases. Handcrafted felt plants by the design studio Wandschappen—custom-integrated in the company’s CI colors—ensure a special, emotional atmosphere throughout the entire office.

An exclusive brass wall installation echoes the design language of the lightweight partition walls, completing the room concept. With this thoughtful approach, impressive corporate spaces emerge that make the company’s high standards tangible down to the smallest detail.
